Works with Shopify · Early access
The AI sales associate that knows your Shopify store.
Built to close more sales, grow every order and take the everyday support questions off your plate, around the clock. It learns your store by itself and reads price and stock live.
Speaks your shoppers' language. Every language.
Step inside the orbit.
A shopper is stuck on a product page. Tycoon offers help with the exact item she's viewing.
She says what she needs. Tycoon asks one quick question before it recommends.
The right product, why it fits, the live price and her size, ready for the store's real cart.
She's $32 away from free shipping. Tycoon noticed.
So it makes one offer: a matching belt, $8 off, that also gets her free shipping.
One honest offer: she saves $8 and gets free shipping. You get a bigger order.
Another shopper asks where her order is. Tycoon shows her the shipping status.
And for you: the revenue it added against a control group, plus a weekly Store Manager report.

Tycoon: A weekly Store Manager report
What it does for your business.
Five things Tycoon is built to do for your store, in your brand's voice.
More sales closed
When a shopper hesitates on a product page, it steps in, asks what they need, recommends the right product and adds it to your store's real cart.
Bigger orders
One honest offer per conversation: a matching add-on, a bundle, or the small extra that unlocks free shipping. Saving first, then the bonus.
A lighter support load
It answers everyday questions around the clock, in any language: order status, shipping times, sizing, stock, and your returns policy when someone asks. When a person is needed, it hands off to your team.
Always up to date
It learns your catalog, policies and shipping on its own and updates when a product changes. Prices and stock are read live, so there's nothing to maintain.
Weekly Store Manager insights
What to restock, what isn't selling, and what customers keep asking. All in one short weekly report.
It gets better every day.
Every night, Tycoon looks at what worked in your store and tunes itself. You see what it learned, and you stay in control.
- 1
Looks at what worked
Which offers were accepted, which recommendations led to a purchase, which question helped shoppers decide, and what it couldn't answer.
- 2
Tunes itself
Which offer to show, which product to recommend first, which question to ask first.
- 3
Proposes new answers
Drafted from your own pages, live after one click from you.
- 4
Tells you what it learned
A weekly “What I learned” feed, with before and after.
- Learns only from your store. Not shared with other stores.
- Not used to train AI models.
- New answers go live only after you approve them. You can review everything and turn learning off.
- Your control group keeps measuring the real effect.
Illustration: recommendations settle closer to what your shoppers choose.

Example
It learns from experience. Here is one lesson.
Tycoon learns from your store's own results, per product, every day. You can see every change, and undo it.
- Week 1. A shopper adds a shirt. Tycoon offers a belt.
- 2 of 41 shoppers accept the belt.
- Week 2. It tries matching linen pants instead.
- 9 of 35 shoppers accept the pants.
- Week 3. It keeps offering the pants and retires the belt.
Example

Tycoon learns from your store's own results, per product, every day. You can see every change, and undo it.
In your feed
Stopped offering Belt after Shirt (2/41). Now offering Linen Pants (9/35).

More of what it learns
ExampleLipsticks: occasion before shade
It asks about the occasion first, because more of your shoppers decided that way.
Shipping worries: a person sooner
When a shopper worries about shipping, it offers someone from your team earlier.
Out of stock: the alternative that works
It shows the in-stock alternative your shoppers actually accept.

Where these defaults come from
Extra conversion for those who chat
Default 20%, an assumption. Published figures are much higher but correlational, not controlled: Amazon says shoppers who use its Rufus assistant are 60% more likely to complete a purchase (its own seven-day attribution); a Boldchat benchmark found chatters about 2.8× as likely to convert. Shoppers who chat are self-selected, so we use a far lower default.
Fortune on Amazon Rufus (Nov 2025) Userlike summary of live chat studies
Visitors who chat
Default 2%. The Boldchat benchmark put the share of visitors who chatted at about 1.6%.
Tickets Tycoon could answer
Default 30%, an assumption. “Where's my order” alone is reported at roughly 18% to 33% of ecommerce tickets in Gorgias figures, though one review notes there is no verified primary source; sizing, shipping-time and stock questions come on top.
Macha: ecommerce customer service statistics Builts: support automation (Gorgias 2024 figures)
Support cost per hour
Default $20.59: the US median hourly wage for customer service representatives, May 2024 (before benefits and overhead).
Add-on acceptance, add-on value, minutes per ticket
Defaults 5%, $25 and 6 minutes are assumptions. Measure your own and change them.

What is Tycoon?
Tycoon is an AI sales associate for Shopify stores. It learns your catalog, policies and brand voice by itself, asks one question before it recommends, reads price and stock live for every answer, checks every reply before it is sent, adds to your store's real cart and hands off to a person on your team. It is in early access.
- From your store, live. Price, compare-at price and stock are read live from your store for every answer, and each draft is checked against that data before it is sent. A draft whose figure doesn't match the live data is blocked and rewritten.
- When the need is unclear, yes: one short question built from your own catalog (a size, a skin type, an occasion), then one to three suggestions, each with a reason. When the customer has already said what they need, it skips the question.
- Three clicks from you. In between, Tycoon learns your store by itself; our install plan targets about 9 minutes.
- No. Tycoon appears through a theme app extension. You press Save in the theme editor once, because Shopify asks for it.
- The loader on your store is designed to stay around 10 KB. The chat itself loads when a customer opens it.
- It detects your store's main language from your site and works in it, and it answers each shopper in the language they write in. You can change the default language anytime in your dashboard.
- Yes. It says it is an AI and offers to connect the customer with a person from your team.
- We don't train models on merchant or customer data without explicit written consent.
- It's a simulation. By default it runs on an invented sample store. If you own or manage a Shopify store, it can use a few of your public items (only in your browser, nothing saved) and play a scripted conversation built from them, so you can see the look and the flow. The real agent answers freely, with live data and guards.
Be among the first stores to run on Tycoon.
